Update: Lilly has been offered a four-year contract by the Cubs, Toronto's official web site reports. Toronto offered arbitration to Lilly on Friday.
Recommendation: The Yankees, Orioles, Rangers and Giants are also interested in Lilly, along with Toronto. He looks like a hot commodity this winter and may take his time making a decision.
