Take four.
Film director Martin Scorsese is one of the few who would love this.
After three consecutive days of postponements, the Indians will attempt to finally open their home schedule today with a doubleheader against the Seattle Mariners beginning at 4:05 p.m.
Among the many not loving the Cleveland weather is Major League Baseball, which is looking into the possibility of switching this week's three-game series with the Los Angeles Angels to California. The Angels are scheduled to play here Tuesday through Thursday.
Commissioner Bud Selig discussed the possibility Sunday with Bob DuPuy, the sport's chief operating officer, and Katy Feeney, senior vice president of scheduling and club relations, the Associated Press reported.
The Indians visit the Angels twice this year, May 8-10 and Sept. 6-9, while this is Los Angeles' only trip to Cleveland.
"There's been discussion but no decision. We're monitoring the weather in Cleveland," DuPuy told the AP Sunday night.
The forecast calls for temperatures in the 40s Tuesday through Thursday with a chance of rain each day.
